Estimates

Estimates are free and non-binding until we confirm the scope and price with you. Photo-based flat quotes rely on the photos and description you provide.

Pricing and scheduling

Pricing and scheduling are subject to on-site conditions. If conditions differ from what we expected, such as hidden damage, rot or access issues, we will talk with you before doing any extra work.

Some mixed jobs are billed hourly; we tell you the estimate before we start.

Online booking and payments

Online booking and payments are handled by third parties, Square and Housecall Pro, under their own terms.

1-Year Workmanship Guarantee

Our guarantee covers our labor for one year from the date the job is completed. It does not cover:

• Materials or products, which may carry their own manufacturer warranties.
• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, weather events or normal wear.
• Pre-existing conditions.
• Work altered by others.

To make a claim, contact us and we will come back and make it right.
